All-Ireland Basketball U16 B Semi-finalists

We should all be so proud of our U16 basketball team who travelled to the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght on a quest for a place in the All-Ireland final.

First up was Ardscoil na Mara, Waterford, in the Quarter Final. This proved to be a very tough, tight game. Our girls showed their composure and class and came out with the win.

Later on that day, they played the semi-final against Laurel Hill from Limerick.

Unfortunately, we did not get the start we wanted and found it hard to recover from that. Laurel Hill proved too strong for us on the day.

Our girls received their bronze medal. Third best team in the country at the U16 B division!

Well done! A very proud coach.
